Sourced in Marrakech, this is an authentic Handira blanket, handmade in the Middle Atlas Mountains. Handiras are traditional Berber clothes. Brides wear them on their wedding days after the ceremony, to represent the journey to their new lives. These are made by the parents of the brides, from wool, cotton, and linen. Sequins are often sewn to decorate them. Today, Handiras are used as unique blankets, bed covers, or rugs. This beige Handira with tassels will brighten up any room while bringing an effortless boho vibe.
