Timing to make it depends on the size: 

• 14-16 weeks for 250 x 350cm/300 x 400cm 
• 10-12 weeks for 200 x 300cm 
• 6-8 weeks for 150 x 250cm or runner

+ add 1 month for the shipping from Morocco/cleaning/delivery to your home

When your order this rug, you accept the following:

• The price is the full price, shipping included in the EU (outside the EU, please send us an email at adeline@treeofcolors.com)
• Once the fabrication of the rug is launched, the deposit is not redeemable but is exchangeable against an item available in stock for an amount minimum of the deposit.
• If you'd like a specific size other than the ones suggested, please send us an email at adeline@treeofcolors.com
• Sizes may vary by a few cm in length and width. 
• The design will need to be adapted to the size ordered.
• All our rugs are handmade, you should expect some slight variations in the way the colors and patterns are used.
• If you order a colorful rug, the wool is dyed on demand, so there might always be variations in colors. If it's a white rug, there might also be some variations in the natural cream color from one rug to the next. 
• You receive pictures of your rug once it's ready in Morocco and when I receive the rug
• Shipping is free for all sizes in the European Union
• Once delivered, the rug is nor exchangeable nor returnable nor refundable
