In order for appointments at the showroom to go as smoothly as possible for everyone, I would kindly ask you to :

1. come with pictures of your home (best if you can send them to me ahead of the appointment) 
2. take measures of the room it's for and also of the sofa (or any other important piece of furniture) so we can advise you on the size of the rug you'd need 
3. let us know which rugs are your favourite ones so we can prep them ahead

With this information, we'll be able to advise you on which rugs would be a good match for your home and prep the rugs you'd like to see ahead of your visit. Of course, you'll be able to see as many rugs as you'd like at the showroom during your appointment, but you might have to wait to get your rug ready if you choose a rug that's not been cleaned yet. 

Our private showroom is located at Rue du Masy 2A, 6040 Jumet, Belgium (45 minutes from Brussels). You can come in with your car, there is a large parking lot next to the showroom.

During the appointment, if you would like to purchase something, you'll be able to pay by credit card, banking app, bank transfer or cash.
