Packaging Compliance – EPR & PPWR

Tree of Colors SRL is committed to complying with the applicable packaging and packaging waste regulations in the European Union, including the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements and Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR).

Depending on the country in which packaging or packaged products are made available to customers, Tree of Colors SRL is registered with the relevant national EPR scheme and fulfills the applicable reporting and financial obligations relating to packaging waste.

Tree of Colors SRL monitors the applicable packaging requirements in each country in which it sells and takes the necessary steps to maintain compliance with national EPR obligations and the requirements applicable under the PPWR.

Where required by national legislation, Tree of Colors SRL also appoints or uses the appropriate local EPR representative, producer responsibility organisation or compliance scheme.
